May 1970 To Cam Ranh Bay Air Base, Vietnam.
Apr 1971 To San Antonio Air Logistics Area, Kelly AFB, Texas.
Jun 1971 To 182nd Tactical Air Support Group (Air National Guard), Greater Peoria Municipal Airport, Illinois.
Dec 1978 To 110th Tactical Air Support Group (Air National Guard), Kellogg Field, Michigan.
Nov 1980 To Military Aircraft Storage and Disposition Center, Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona, it's inventory number was AAHV0164 when it actually arrived on November 21 1980.
Jun 1991 Aircraft dropped from U.S. Air Force inventory as surplus with a total of 5501.7 hours on the airframe, the aircraft was one of 4 out of 7 aircraft that was sold to the United States Air Force Museum on June 19 2007, but O-2A s/n 67-21355 is still stored at AMARC
