AnnouncementsThe California Air National Guard's 163rd Tactical Air Support Group, 196th Tactical Air Support Squadron which at one time was based at the Ontario Airport in California, which was moved to March Air Reserve Base(also in CA), had a total of 19 O-2A Skymaster aircraft in its inventory before changeing over to the F-4C Phantom II aircraft, the serial numbers the O-2A aircraft were 67-21300, 67-21318, 67-21326, 67-21331, 67-21345, 67-21349, 67-21365, 67-21368, 67-21393, 67-21404, 67-21411, 67-21413, 67-21414, 67-21416, 67-21422, 67-21431, 67-21434, 68-10853 and 68-11154 and one O-2B Super Skymaster aircraft s/n 67-21465 which is still currently located at the March Field Air Museum on static display, O-2B 21465 was just recently restored by the March Field Air Museum's Restoration Manager Mr. Rudy Lerma (USAF MSgt, Ret) and his Restoration Team, Job well done guys.

Additional note on the O-2B Super Skymaster aircraft, there are currently two Aviation Museum's in the United States that have O-2B aircraft in their collections, March Field Air Museum currently has O-2B s/n 67-21465 and the Kansas Aviation Museum currently has O-2B s/n 67-21469.
