Manufactured by Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas and gained by the U.S. Air Force on July 19 1967. Aug 1967 To 504th Tactical Air Support Group, 20th Tactical Air Support Squadron (Pacific Air Forces), Da Nang Air Base, Vietnam.
May 1968 Aircraft dropped as a combat loss, it crashed landed at Kham Duc while still being assigned to the 504th TASG, 20th TASS. Aircraft was written off on December 5th 1968, hours on the airframe are currently unknown.
