Manufactured by Cessna Aircraft, in Wichita, Kansas and gained by the U.S. Air Force on May 5 1967. May 1967 To 4410th Combat Crew Training Wing (Tactical Air Command), Hurlburt Field, Florida. May 1969 Aircraft dropped from inventory due to flying accident.
